Here are some pictures of
my template that I designed and had manufactured at a laser cutting shop. It
was used beginning with Table Delta. If you’d like to download a copy of cad

Please read the information thread I posted on Scott Keen’s forum
for some additional details about using the template. Features: 3/16” x 95” x 47.5” 36lbs 21/64” cutting slots for
railing lip, rail, and racetrack/infield. 20 ‘jumbo’ cupholder
holes, so that table can be built with the 10 cupholders in either of two
standard cupholder alignments- “end offset” or “end centered” ¼” centering/anchoring
holes in the crossbar supports and along the sides. Precision to 1/64”, and
perfectly symmetrical, except for the ‘slot tabs’, which are intentionally
offset, to allow the template to be rotated or flipped, for cutting out the
‘tabs’.
